Your OpenAI API key (if you choose to use AI features)

Custom parameters you create

Third-Party Services

If you enable AI features, the extension communicates directly with OpenAI's API using your own API key. This communication includes:

The text of questions from job application forms
Your profile information (to generate personalized responses)
Job descriptions (to tailor cover letters)

This data is sent directly to OpenAI, not to us. Please review OpenAI's privacy policy for information on how they handle data.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third parties. We don't even have access to your data — it never leaves your browser.

Your data is stored using Chrome's secure storage API. To protect your information:

Use a strong password for your Google account
Enable 2-factor authentication
Keep your browser updated

View: Open the extension popup to see all stored data
Edit: Modify any information at any time
Delete: Clear all data by uninstalling the extension or clearing browser data
Export: Your data is accessible in Chrome's local storage
